The university's academic schedule is the backbone of a student's life. Deadlines for payment and adding and dropping courses, schedules for registering in courses, application for graduation, holiday dates and other important information for the entire academic year is outlined in the schedule. It is your responsibility to be aware of these dates and deadlines—keeping on top of them will help make your experience at MacEwan University a smooth one.

Future academic schedules are approved by General Faculties Council (GFC). These schedules will be posted following the October 2024 GFC meeting.

The Office of the University Registrar prepares academic schedules based on the Academic Schedule Regulations (approved by General Faculties Council – Motion 2 Amended #GFC-03A-1028-2024/2025).
