Property Management Minor
Learn about the history of property and how to manage property effectively. Then get into the nuts and bolts of this field, from the property managers relationships with property owners, to operations and budgeting, besides the legal and marketing aspects of the field.
This minor is available to all students in eligible programs.
Students in programs other than the Bachelor of Commerce may substitute BUSN 101 for 3 credits of an Elective.
Students may need to complete additional courses to satisfy prerequisites.
