The Political Science Minor is available to students in eligible degree programs. Students in the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science must complete 18 credits in senior-level POLS courses, including 9 credits at the 200-level and 9 credits at the 300- or 400-level. POLS 101 is not included in the minor for these students, although it may serve as a prerequisite for required courses. Students in other degree programs may count POLS 101 toward the minor and must therefore complete 15 credits in senior-level courses, including 9 credits at the 200-level and 6 credits at the 300- or 400-level. All students may apply up to 3 credits in AEPS or URBW toward the minor.

Note: 300- or 400-level POLS courses often require multiple 200-level prerequisites.
