Economics Minor

The Economics Minor is available to students in eligible degree programs. All students in the minor must complete the prerequisite courses ECON 101 and ECON 102. In addition, students in the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science must complete 18 credits in senior-level ECON courses, including a minimum of 6 credits at the 300- or 400-level. Students in other degree programs may use ECON 101 or ECON 102 in place of one 300- or 400-level ECON course, provided it is not used to fulfill requirements in their primary degree program. These students must complete 15 credits in senior-level ECON courses, including at least 6 credits at the 300- or 400-level. ECON 401 does not satisfy this requirement.
