This minor in business studies is structured to give students exposure to the national and international business environment. Learners understand decision-making processes, interpret financial statements, use tools and models for analysis, and perfect the necessary computer skills for preparation in the global market.
When combined with passion and enthusiasm for a major subject, this minor prepares students to work as a consultant, freelancer, or an entrepreneur in any area of expertise. It opens doors to unique employment opportunities or gives students a head-start for creating a business of their own.
The Minor is not available to Bachelor of Commerce students.
The minor is available to all students in eligible programs. Total credits required for minor – 18 credits (six courses).
