Biological Sciences Minor
The Biological Sciences Minor is available to students in eligible degree programs. All students in the minor must complete prerequisite courses BIOL 107 and BIOL 108. In addition, students in the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science must complete 18 credits in senior-level biological sciences courses (BICM, BIOL, BOTN, GENE, or ZOOL), including a minimum of 6 credits at the 300- or 400-level. Students in other degree programs may use either BIOL 107 or BIOL 108 in place of one 300- or 400-level biological sciences course and, therefore, must complete 15 credits in senior-level biological sciences courses, including a minimum of 3 credits at the 300- or 400-level.oth BIOL 207 and BIOL 208.
Note: Both BIOL 207 and BIOL 208 may be taken for credit.
