Earth and Planetary Sciences Minor

Earth and Planetary Sciences is an interdisciplinary minor where students use chemistry, physics, and biology to gain a deeper understanding of the Earth, its hydrosphere, and the solar system. Students learn about geology, mineralogy, soil science, and water-rock interactions. They also use the latest technology and equipment to understand what’s happening billions of miles away.
The Earth and Planetary Science Minor requires 18 senior-level credits with a minimum of six credits at the 300- or 400-level.
Note: EASC 101 and EASC 102 are required for this minor.
